CLIENTELE

Our spa offers services to both Male and Female customers. Separate treatment rooms are available for both genders.

ADVANCED BOOKING AND RESERVATION

Advanced reservations are recommended and credit card details should be provided at the time of booking. Walk-in bookings are subject to availability.

SPA ARRIVAL

Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 mins prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid reduced treatment time. Late arrival will not receive any extension in treatment time. Regardless of when your treatment starts, the treatment will end on time to avoid any further delay for the following guest.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are not able to make your scheduled appointment, kindly please advise us 12 hours in advance in order not to incur any cancellation charges. You may incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the total value of your treatment for same day cancellations, or for not arriving for your scheduled appointment if we are unable to sell your time slot.

SPA ETIQUETTE

Please make sure your cell phones are silenced, and whisper in the spa area so other services are not disturbed.
The spa’s shower and steam are used during your body treatments. Your patience is appreciated if there is a delay should you wish to use these facilities.
We respectfully request that children under 18 years of age be accompanied to the spa.

HEALTH MATTERS

Please communicate health conditions such as high blood pressure, allergies, pregnancy or any other health related concerns you have when making your appointment.
We do not recommend the consumption of alcohol before or directly after spa treatments.
We recommend that you drink lots of water after your spa treatments to help accelerate the elimination of toxins.
Please consult your doctor before using the spa heat and water facilities if under medical suspension or if you are currently taking any medication.
For expectant mothers, we have specifically designed treatments to care for both of you. Please allow our therapists to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Pre-natal massage is strictly not advisable during your first trimester and beyond the 8th month of pregnancy.

GIFT VOUCHERS AND SPA PACKAGES

Our gift vouchers for any treatment, package or value may be purchased at the spa front counter.
For spa lovers, we recommend that you sign up the above to enjoy greater benefits and savings.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Treatments and packages are non-refundable, non-transferrable and may not be exchanged for money.
For hygiene reasons, products purchased may not be returned or exchanged.

PRICING & PAYMENT

We are not GST-registered and all prices shown for treatments are Nett prices.
We have a policy on additional charges for extra services.
We accept CASH (Singapore currency) and Nets, Visa and MasterCard payments.
We are committed to clearly display discounted prices and avoid over or under-charging and to ensure correct change is given.
We will inform and cover the Customers with insurance upon the receipt of their pre-payments to the Company. Customers are given documentary proof of insurance coverage upon making pre-payments to the Company.
Gratuities are not included in serving pricing.

SERVICE GUARANTEE

We offer goods and services of satisfactory quality as defined in Sales of Goods Act S14 (2), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and Lemon Law.
We have clearly stated the terms and condition applicable to the redemption of sales vouchers.
Customers’ Particulars collected during registration are solely for the completion of sales and required by the SPF. We are committed to maintain the strict confidentiality of all customer information collected and will not divulge to any unauthorized parties.

DISCLAIMER

The spa treatments, services and/or facilities received or utilized at Earth Spa are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that guests may have. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless Spa Republic and its holding company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
